RARE! Only ONE copy known to exist. This track "Ill Will-Lees" is from the somewhat unreleased "Council Era" LP from 1998. The track was later re-named "Party Nights" on the actual album. A nice uptempo track which samples the classic "Disco Nights (Rock Freak)" from GQ.
