An improvement over the last release. 2001 in all honesty was not a great year for music, or at least not as good as the year before or after it. I do kind of like this album, but it has major flaw, repeating the same tracks from previous releases for no apparent reason but to fill space. Both discs are quite decent, perhaps with the second being slightly better due to last few tracks alone. I enjoyed Robbie Williams, Modjo, Fatboy Slim, Element Four and Fragma from the first disc.The second disc actually starts off quite weak but picks up by Planet Funk's Chase The Sun and continues strongly until the end. Overall, it isn't bad by any means, but a little disappointing as there are many repeats and a few 'non' dance anthems. It certainly wasn't as bad as Vol. 10.
