Limited edition pressing on clear vinyl with 100 copies first given away at HMV 363 Oxford Street, London on 16 October 2013.
Another 200 copies were later SOLD at several HMV shops. These do NOT have the "100 Year" sticker top left front cover, but otherwise exactly the same as the Oxford Street copies.
