The first Crush 40 EP. Every one of the four songs on the CD are amazing. Is that enough for an intro? Let start the review."Sonic Youth" is a love letter to the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise of video games. With Jun Senoue on guitar and Johnny Gioeli on vocals, an opening song just can't get much better that this."One Of Those Days", from what I can tell is about having a bad day, something that everyone can say has happened to them one time or another. A wonderful song that is very relatable, this goes down as the second best song on the EP, only losing to "Sonic Youth"."Song Of Hope" is the only ballad on this disk, and it's a dang good one! Dedicated to the victims of the 2011 Japan tsunami tragedy, this song is not only an amazing tribute, but a touching one as well."Rise Again". This song is okay. All the songs on this album are good but this is the low point. The title track of Crush 40's first EP just isn't that catchy to me.All in all a very solid EP that's definitely worth every dollar you spend on it!
