I strongly believe this is the original UK album from 1965. It has a typical UK cover for the day (laminated). The pink cover version came in a very uncommon US like cover, it was probably meant for export and came later. The Sue album is a reissue from US Ace LP 1004 (1959), with two tracks added ("Talk To Me Baby" and "Rockin' Pneumonia, Pt. 2").
