Okay, so I'm confused. I recently bought a copy of this album and the version of Neckbone is different from the version that I found online when I got an early CD rip of the album. Is it possible that there are multiple versions of the Blood Splat Rating System that have differing versions of certain songs? Now I am lost.

ocean_paralysis Okay, so I'm confused. I recently bought a copy of this album and the version of Neckbone is different from the version that I found online when I got an early CD rip of the album. Is it possible that there are multiple versions of the Blood Splat Rating System that have differing versions of certain songs? Now I am lost. Yo dude, I analyzed every single track on both versions and I can confirm there are some minor differences. Public Menace, Freak, Human Fly, Tokyo Vigilante #1 and Organizized are different recordings, the ones on Mega!! are re-recordings of these songs. Standing 8 has a sample at the end of the song probably from a movie on TBSRS but other than that it's the same version. Neckbone is slighty slower on TBSRS, and the last thing on the track Even Superman Shot Himself there is no engine sound effect at the end of the song, it's just silence for some minutes before the song File Under Action begins. On Mega!! there's an engine sound effect as interlude for that hidden track. Also I would like to mention is that Organizized on True Force is also a differrent recording, so there are 3 versions of that song. Mega!! has 2 new songs which are the title track Mega!! Kung Fu Radio and 20 Miles to Texas, 25 to Hell those 2 didn't appear on TBSRS. Back in the Limewire days I downloaded the pirated version of TBSRS and Neckbone was completely different so you might be right that there we're some copies which had the remixed version of Neckbone which originally appeared (as far as I know) on the Ozzfest compilation from 1997 I believe, but I can't confirm this, Hope this cleares some stuff up for ya'.

Just found out that the version I found is apparently a remixed version of Neckbone that appeared on Korn's Family Values "Extra Value" CD. Thanks for the input though!

Not sure, but the tracks on The Blood Splat Rating System are indeed different recordings, they re-recorded Mega!! Kung Fu Radio a year later perhaps. I always consider The Blood Splat Rating System album as a demo album for Mega!! Kung Fu Radio, I own this CD myself.
