"Pro-printed and hand-numbered cover art with 3-panel fold out inlay, original copies are on white semi-gloss card-stock with red ink, plus additional fold-up insert with lyrics, credits, and additional art. 500 hand-numbered copies, with clear, unlabelled tapes.

No original copies had xeroxed covers or were in black & white. Any xeroxed copies are bootlegs, and multiple may exist made from a singular original copy (many black & white cover copies may share the same number, such as 125 or 240)."
