Limited edition of 500 hand-numbered copies in gatefold sleeve. Printed lyrics insert included. The first 100 copies came with a poster.

30 copies were modified and sent to Japan for the "No Mercy Attack!" Japan Tour in 2008, these copies had a Japanese style "OBI" on the covers and came with a Japan tour poster.
