"Remastered from the original analogue tapes by James Guthrie, Joel Plante and Bernie Grundman" on the sticker. However, the deadwax shows the 2014 matrix which was a remaster by Doug Saxfuck the marketing; I bought blindly believing that it was a NEW print / mastering of Mr. Grundman.Disappointing

My copy sounds amazing. Great packaging and nice inner sleeves that contain all the lyrics.

how does it compare to the original korean first press?

Wow - that is a pretty specific ask. Better head over to Steve Hoffman or something for that.
