1990 promotional-only CD compilation issued by Radio Today Entertainment, which was a program supplier for radio stations in the US. They produced a daily radio show called "Rarities" that featured out of print and hard to find tracks.

The tracks on this CD collection at the time were either very hard to find and/or never issued on CD before. Some of the tracks were issued on vinyl-only releases or as "B-sides" on European releases.

It comes with a 2-sided title card with the track info on the back, in full size jewel case. It did NOT come with a back in-lay card.
