A month after the release of Nevermind, Nirvana returned to their hometown to perform this thunderously energetic set at the Paramount Theater on Halloween in 1991. Capturing them at the peak of their early power, just before they became superstars, it features remarkable performances of tracks from Bleach and Nevermind, as well as an early, slow rendition of Rape Me. This legendary set, originally broadcast on KNOD-FM is presented here in full, together with background notes and images.

indeed, look at the list of othe releases printed by this company, of course it's bootleg....now discogs seem to think it's ok for sellers to sell this one while other unofficial releases are blocked....it all seems very subjective.

I don't think it's an unofficial release. It's listed on amazon as well as other major shops. Anyhow, it reminds me on one of my first concerts i attended. Back in 89. Beautiful artwork and good pressing work. Also the remastering's well done. All in all a must have for true fans. Thumbs up !
