Up for sale is an impossibly rare release from Tori Amos, performing here as "Ellin Amos" (born Myra Ellen Amos). After some debate about its existence, this 45 was authenticated by the Tori Amos Discography, and Record Collector magazine. Only a few copies have ever surfaced.

"It's a Happy Day," released in 1978, actually predates her famous "Baltimore" single by 2 years, making it her first release. She was about 14 years old.

The recording on the b-side by the group Contraband is not related to the Tori Amos song "Baltimore." The title is coincidence. This is technically a split single with Tori Amos on one side, and Contraband on the b-side. This copy was recently unearthed in Baltimore City.
