oh, and one other gripe; there's 1/4 of a second of silent groove in the final 13 seconds of side B... it's not a skip, but a visible stretch on the record where there is zero audio.

Beautiful cover, and beautiful LPs, no real need to promote how strong the album itself is. As to the vinyl mastering, and the pressing - a couple of comments that wouldn't stop me buying, but that I WOULD want to know; The audio level for the program (as in the entire side) varies a bit from Side A to side B - mostly with much stronger (about 6db) bass frequencies on side B. This wouldn't ordinarily be notable if it werent for the sharp drop off in audio level on sides C and D, where mid-frequencies (5-10KHz) fall by around 6-10db (or about three quarters to a half as loud) compared with sides A and B, with most of the audio above 20KHz disappearing on sides C and D. I've plotted the spectra and loudness of random loud sections in the album images for this release.
