- the outer box and digibook from the EU edition, made in the EU;

- a 24pp black & white leaflet made in Japan, including lyrics in both Japanese and English;
- an obi strip, wrapped around the back of the box, and holding the leaflet against the box.

The obi strip carries the Japanese catalogue number, while the box carries the EU catalogue number.
