Notes

Printed on back cover: This 2-CD package presents a comprehensive sampling of George Goldner's legendary Gee label from New York City. It contains 63 tracks from 44 different artists - cvering the albel's rhythm & blues and rock 'n' roll output from 1954 to 1962. It is the second in a series of CD's which document Goldner's four major 1950's independent record labels - Rama, Gee, End and Gone.

Special thanks to Walter DeVenne who provided invaluable assistance in locating and transferring many thought-lost masters for this package and our earlier "Rama Story" (WESD 215), and also to Victor Pearlin for general ongoing assistance and support.

Made in England.
