Can anyone with a supposed legit copy of this please post a pic of the back cover and labels so we can compare with the boot?

Beware: people have been selling this item thinking it's the real thing. I've already have experienced two instances where it was in fact the bootleg version listed elsewhere. I'm starting to wonder if there was even ever a true official version, since this one does not have the Philips designation.
