Its a release of 1961 and 1962 recordings of a group called The Viscaynes with bandmember Sylvester Stewart aka Sly Stone produced by George Motola. This was released when Sly was world fame in the 70s.

Track A1 original title is Help Me With My Broken Heart release as Sylvester Stewart on the G&P label in 1962
Tracks B3, B4, B5 are other George Motola productions, but have no Sly nor Viscaynes involvement
Track B3 & B4 comes from the 45 The Precisions on Highland 300 from 1962
