Although there are 26 tracks listed, there are only 24 tracks on the actual CD because tracks 17 & 18 both include two combined tracks.Tracks 1-5 originally released as the Theory/History 7" on Element Records, 2003. Recorded May 4-5, 2002 at Machines With Magnets in East Providence, RI.
Tracks 6 - 16 recorded June 2000 at Dizzyland Studios, Rochester, NH. 6 - 8, 10 - 14 originally released as the Evolution 7" on Cadmium Sick Records, 2001, with a one time pressing of 600 copies. 9, 15, 16 previously unreleased.
Tracks 17 - 18 recorded October 26-27, 2001 at Machines With Magnets in East Providence, RI. 17 - 18.1 originally appeared on the Bad Cop / No Cop split 7" with Advocate on Black Day Propaganda, 2002 with a one time pressing of 400 copies. 18.2 previously unreleased.
Track 19 originally appeared on Elements Records' Skate-Core compilation Vol 3. Recorded to 4-track May 2001 in Mike's Basement.
