Released in a DVD-sized tri-fold Digipak, limited to 5000 copies.

Documentary about Mayhem, mainly their history 1984-1993 through interviews with surviving members, rare concert footage (often unreleased), photography and archive materials.
Accompanied by an uncredited CD of piano music inspired by Mayhem and other black metal classics.
Although there's no credit found on the release, the CD contents are done by Linda Alexandersson. First demos were done by Kajsa Rydehed and Linda Alexandersson (according to Stefan Rydehed).

The DVD features Dolby Digital 5.1 sound in english with optional english and german subtitles. Rated FSK 16 (no one under 16 should watch this).
