Originally presented in a polythene bag with a numbered sticker, with text "LIMITED EDITION 8-FACE FOLD-OUT OCTOPACK". This is designed to be hung up in the style of a mobile and the 4 double-sided panels contain images of band on stage and tour dates.

Categorys POSPG 910 and 887311-7 only appear on the limited outer sleeve. The record is the standard 7" single with silver injection moulded labels and with Category POSP 910 (held in a octagonal white paper sleeve.)
