Ok, I couldn't see an etching at first but after looking very closely, there is an etching starting BI, so Optimal, I guess. Hope that's the answer you wanted!

Is the runout etched or stamped? Spaced out stamped capitals would be Record Industry, smaller stamped capitals with /A or /B on the end GZ and etching starting BH or BI is Optimal. Thanks for looking.
