Does anyone know if these are mastered from vinyl like the old discs were or did they use the master tapes?
IGOT
I think I read somewhere, that the original master tapes got destroyed during a fire inside the label building. So, all the CD-releases have to be mastered from vinyl. But the See The Fire release got remastered - and that pretty well!! The sound quality is awesome.(Sorry for not providing a source regarding the destroyed master tapes...i will search)

A Japanese version also exists now.
