I acquired this flexidisc for the His Name Is Alive track; in my opinion the Prolapse track is forgettable. The HNIA track, however, is a minor treasure from the mid-nineties with a catchy mandolin melody, slightly silly lyrics and a sweet Karin Oliver vocal. If you can't locate the flexi or if the flexidisc's warbly lo-fi sound is unappealing, you can find this track on the band's CDr compilation "Rare Tracks in the Snow."
