One of the best places to start if you're interested at all in dub music, along with "King Tubby's Meets Rockers Uptown" and "Pick A Dub". Glen Brown didn't seem to do much recording in the seventies, but when he did, they always featured top notch rhythms from some of the islands best musicians. On top of Brown's rhythms, King Tubby is allowed to create his own sonic world out of these bare, and deep rhythms. King Tubby seemed to be everywhere in the world of 70s dub, and, this is a good reason why. As on his best mixing, he drops instruments out of the mix, and adds reverb, delay and weird sound effects in the best places for maximum effect. I hear that a lot of dub mixing was improvised back then, and if that's the case, it's pretty amazing how he can intuitively know when to best utilize his skills and knowledge. Check both versions of "Assack Lawn...", "Leggo the Herb Man Dub" and "Version 78 Style" for proof of Brown and Tubby's greatness.
