Brief biographical history on the back of a white sleeve makes the claim that Terry Shand "made Decca Records (Blue Label)". There is no evidence of where or when the album was recorded, copyrighted, or pressed. The record has a white label with red lettering. Catalog number hand-etched on the runout. Outside sleeve is white with black lettering, lettering appears to have been drawn by hand with some stenciling on front, printed on back.
