This seems to be a radio station promo for an Harold Ramsay concert at the Orpheum theatre in Vancouver, B.C. Canada. The announcement is a recording of Harold Ramsay playing Swanee on "the mighty Wurlitzer pipe organ in the Orpheum theatre, Vancouver" with a voice-over of ticketing info etc. and is the same on both sides, probably for ease of use.
The Tibia Records stamp on the label suggests that the concert might have been in support of his 1964 album recorded in the Orpheum or alternatively that the promo was for the concert which was recorded.
