Two songs played live at the press conference in Rome, 25th March 1987; after "Bang Bang" Bowie introduces his band;
'Day-In Day-Out' logo is on the label, but the track is not included.
On the label it says "piper" which could be a hint that the Press Conference took place at the Piper Club in Rome.
