*Unissued Progressive Rock with Jazz flavour from 1971.*Two bands on one LP!*Stunning gatefold sleeve. Pristine 180g vinyl.*Strictly limited to 500 copies to retain rarity status – only available from Record Collector.*Complete with numbered certificate of authenticity from Ian Shirley, the editor of the Rare Record Price Guide.A great split album by two of the early prog movement’s most original acts, both making their belated vinyl debuts here with material from the 70s. It's the kind of music one might have expected to turn up on Vertigo, but I guess some people never get the breaks - until now that is!The latest addition to our Rare Vinyl series is a first for us – two bands on one LP. Poppa Ben Hook and Museum laid down some killer proto-progressive rock with a strong jazz flavour in 1971, but only enough for one side of an album each. As the music came from the same musical family it seemed fitting to house them in the same album: two bands who did not get their music onto vinyl! You can find the full stories of Poppa Ben Hook and Museum in the January issue of Record Collector magazine, on sale 2nd January 2015. As always we have deployed our usual attention to detail and spread it on a thick slab of 180 gram vinyl with a beautiful gatefold sleeve.

A brilliant album with many outstanding numbers. The 70s was a great time for quality music.
