The original pressing notes the "156 Fifth Avenue" address on the back cover. There is also a repress (this) which notes "300 W. 55 Street" as the address. This address was used from 1970 to 1972. the 55th Street address only appears on the back cover. Labels retain the Fifth Avenue address.
