Notes

Back cover info lists Eddie Condon as a guitar player and announcer on side A, but at the very beginning Joe Bushkin says Eddie is in a hospital and together with Louis Armstnong and Jack Teagarden they spend some time discussing this in between the songs. Furthermore, date for the show on side B seems to be incorrect (liner notes say "The other live concert was recorded about a month later, probably on July 9th, 1948." [sic] - At the end of side A Joe Bushkin talks about Eddie coming back and the guests they are gonna have over for the show next week (Count Basie and Lee Wiley), which is confirmed by the info on this website: http://ctva.biz/US/MusicVariety/EddieCondonFloorShow.htm, so the correct date should most likely be Saturday, June18th 1949. Corrections from more knowledgeable people are welcome!
