Comes in Super Jewel Box. Recorded in Hollywood in August and September 1956. Tracks 13-19 are bonus tracks from the original recording sessions.

The "00A" on the HD matrix is printed from the Label side of the disc (so A00 appears through the matrix as 00A).

The tracklisting as given on the artwork is incorrect. The corrected tracklisting appears here. Although the artwork for track 19 states it is "Take Three", data on the HD layer lists the track as ""Take One Breakdown." Listening to the audio it is clear that it is a false start for Take One.
