Agree with Hype88, this project was well worth the wait and am over the moon what I received. 5*Just hope die_hits your never preordered Polymer physicals from Tonedeff as that is taking time, but it is going to be soooo good. Patience is a virtue.

Did you even look at any of his social media accounts? He was updating all of them with information and on top of that sent out several mass emails and answered me within a few days when I had a question. Also, one of the delays was due to the artwork coming out bad so he had to wait for them to send the corrected sleeves back. Delays happen, especially when dealing with independent artists.In the end everything came out awesome in both sound and appearance as usual with anything Kno does so I am more then happy to deal with a bit of a delay if everything is top notch.

I can understand the point of this guy! He pay money for a LP and got no simple answer from the label? Whats this for a service when something goes wrong over months! At the end no record - what a real Hip Hop Community and nice step from KNO! I had also a lot of trouble with the communication ... (Seems they are under drugs!)

Fine for you! But i will not tell you my story in detail. Under the line a very bad service. And yes i got the mails but they have also my money for more than 6 mounts. You can give a simple answer when they wrote sending is complete and nothing happens for weeks. I send a couple of mails to ask whats going on. This was too much for KNO and they send me my money back. So i got no item. This is frustrating! This process is not ok! ...

It was frustrating for the consumer but I know it was for the artist even more. Agree, would rather wait 3 months and get a perfect package vs having issues and my package is perfect. Happy I purchased.
