Heavy card gatefold sleeve. Front cover image on both front and back. Additional Joda logo and cat number on top front LH corner, as well as back cover (minus the cat no.) Original DeLuxe logos in place. Inside left side of gatefold features what appears to be section of a Van Gogh painting that does not appear on the U.S. issue. Inside right has liner notes by Bill "Hoss" Allen and track info as on the back of the US release.

Labels are Orange / Purple (similar to late-60's United Artists labels), with a small DeLuxe logo appearing at 3 o'clock
