My version- matrix info as follows: Side A (etched): UMD-7002-A FW Herb :-) Side B (etched): UMD-7002-B FW Herb :-)yet no master stamp- All my other UM tracks have the F&W stamp. The Herb signature does not look like his usual. The record feels, and sounds, like a newer record. The sound is thin, slightly warbled, lacking warmth and just doesn't quite fit with other releases on the label mastered at F&W. Does anyone have any info to add regarding this release, or any known bootlegs, as all the others have been hit... It seems likely that the OG release is very scarce indeed, & that this red label copy is a counterfeit. OR it was pressed up without the usual standards. Either way, It is still an absolute class slow boogie jam & an all time fave.
