Just bought this and listening now... so there are some funk tracks on here but easily the best track is 'Whisper (In Your Ear)' which is a rare groove/stepper in the vein of Cameo. Lots of Parliament influence on some other songs on here which might appeal to P-Funk fans but no where near as good as General Caine for example
