Tall
One of my most cherished albums. It's worth noting that all sides end in locked grooves; be careful not to drift asleep or get too lost in your daydreams to avoid wrecking your needle.
Oparae
one of my most favorite and cherished records of all time. feels like you're in a dream swimming underwater in slow motion and as you are trying to reach the surface with the last of your breath; your finger tips break the surface of water. but instead of reaching the air above, you emerge into the great abyss of outer space. pure darkness interspersed with stars fluttering in the distance, floating on clouds like dandelion seed gradually disintegrating from the gravitational pull of a supernova gasping it's last breath, kinda like the ecstasy of st. teresa.. except for instead of orgasming into oblivion, you transverberate into infinity while sparkly dust clouds expel from your posterior ejaculating rainbows into the great maw of the void.

as a matter of fact: it is amazing and worth 50 Euro and more. even after 11 years is sounds fresh!

An amazing album with IDM landscapes Aphex Twin could only dream of, and a muted beauty that even Sigur Rós has yet to master. Múm's "Finally We Are No One" builds upon the quiet brilliance of their first full length by adding a layer of sonic warmth akin to an electric blanket on a cold Icelandic night i had this vinyl edition in my hands. i stashed it in the record store i work at, and when i came back the next day to pay for it... gone, like a whisper in the wind.

To be honest comparing this to Aphex Twin is rather idiotic and nonsensical as the two of them sound COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from one another, if not equally dazzling in their own unique ways.
