‘Switching for a Living’ is a collection of electronica workouts created over the last few years. Cignol’s take on the classic electronica sound is honest and engaging. Cavernous pads, echoes of acid, flares of funk and lush compositional techniques create motifs that soar between the melancholic and the majestic. The album buzzes with ideas and is crammed with warm intimate melodies and evolving beats
