A great mix of Jake Mandell's signature breaks, IDM, house, and click n cut techno on one hand. And on the other hand, a melodic cornucopia of emotional story telling thru music about a man and his love for computers. Deep routed rythem throughout, this album is both very thoughtful, and dance-worthy. I'm a big fan of Jake Mandell's music, and this album holds nothing back. His style of breaks ever since I first heard Parallel Processes has has always been unique to him alone. The closest I can think to his style would be Matmos.
