Comes in a generic cardstock die-cut sleeve with an identifying sticker affixed. Limited and numbered to 1500 copies. The edition number is stamped in red on the top-right corner of the sticker. The catalog number for this release appears only in the runout groove etchings.

The record's speed is printed nowhere on the release.
