The message on the run-out groove reads, "PAUL WHO? RAIN WHAT? This is a direct reference to Paul Hardcastle's "Rain Forrest". This Techno Hop release by The Unknown DJ and Darryl Davis is obviously heavily influenced by Rain Forrest which was a big Electro/Soul hit at the time. 'The Groove' is quite different to most other releases on Techno Hop being that is is of a more soulful nature than the usual Electro Rap style of '808 Beats' and the like.
