over valued! Can think of many edits which are much better and cheaper than this
SiIеnt
these are not exactly edits, more in the disco/filtered house field.

wearing my Yoko Honda summer t, watering my orchids, chilling, this is fuckin dope. B2 is v electro-boogied out, would play this with some Beat Electric, PPU, or RYSQUE records

It's crazy how affordable this record is! I think I'll have to buy 2 copies at these low prices! Also, the music is fine.

3 decent house tracks. However, some records such as Northern Soul, Jazz, Funk, Disco, Hip-Hop e.t.c fetch £100 upwards due to being so painfully rare most have never come up on discogs. I'm talking 1960's/70's. This is from 2010, comes up regularly, is hardly old or rare & despite being a solid 12" isn't worth more than £15-£20. Don't be a fool & for christ's sakes! Would new school sellers do some homework- when a record is scarce and rare as hens dentures you can let bidding decide its value at auction... Until that time, its a piece of 4 year old plastic with a decent song or 3 on it.

Kind of strange that out of nowhere all of a sudden out of the blue 10 for sale? Makes you wonder......

I was referring to records that were released on independent labels & in very limited runs, and most importantly, back then without the aid of the internet in selling the product. Even back when vinyl was the main commercial format, some of it was extremely limited & highly desirable, hence increasing prices as it gets hard to find. I am aware how the market has changed & I get your point. I stand by my comment that this is not hard to come by in quantity terms & not justified (yet) on price in some sellers cases. 10 for sale as we speak. Here is a rare record for example: http://www.discogs.com/Poor-Boy-Rappers-Low-Rider-Rap/release/2321069 200-300 pressed I believe in 82', obscure then on its release, & now near impossible to find due to the age. Check the sales history. 1 listed/sold. That seller can charge what ever, its a true rarity & highly collectable. This is a great release, but sorry, limited run, maybe, but I see this in record stores for around £10 frequently... This was £10.00 on its release, doubled to £20.00 is a fair price for a NM copy, taking into account its popularity and the relatively short time passed since it was widely available. That's my point.

With the whole LIES dance scene phenomenon in Europe then add to the equation the young "Hipsters" crate digging frenzy has a lot to do with it not to mention this has to be a true limited pressing and whatever wasn't sold at A1 Records I'm guessing Ron either probably gave the rest out as gifts or is still sitting on a couple boxes somewhere that may or may not ever surface.

You are missing an important point my friend. That unlike about ten years ago, records today are of a very limited pressing. That means that even if a record is successful, it gets like 1000 pressings if you are lucky. This usually comes after demanded re-pressings from customers and shops. That's very little compared to what some vinyl used to be produced not only in the sixties, seventies, and eighties, but also in the nineties. A good dance record in the 90s used to have a couple of thousand pressings. Jon Cutler Its Yours for example was sold in over 10k units. A good record today gets only about 1k.... If you buy vinyl you know that most records are pressed for 300-500 units. That is why newer records are fetching a higher price.

Silly children..this isnt a review of the record. Its a review of Discogs marketplace..Malvoeaux other release is right up the alley of this release..yet only garners a fraction of the cost. SMH http://www.discogs.com/Malvoeaux-Broken-Anthem/release/3191923 Wake up & take back control of this out of control trend..

Idunno, how good can that record really be, when it's selling for so little?!
Perongafa
Great example of the atrocities of some of these record sellers!

like a first issue of a long comic run... this one's only gonna get more valuable, regardless of the music
