Great album for Digweed fans, smooth as silk and then some, this album contains an array of lush deep, prog house tunes synonymous with Digweed between 1996-99. Raff 'N' Freedy - Listen is a beautiful piece of french house and makes for a great set opener, the vocals against the bassline "got to listen" works a treat! The pob track is typical pob stuff, quite fast paced so sounds better pitched down, this track isn't quite as messed up as their other releases like waah & fly etc! Slacker - Flying was a big track for Sasha in 1996 so a cheeky addition to this comp, played by him @ The Twilo and on the Independence mix cd, f-f-f-f-fflying, you got me flying man...(R.I.P. Shem McCauley). The other 2 "big" tracks for me are Dakota - swirl (Oakenfold use to open up with this in 1999) a little unknown one off the plastic fantastic label and Heller & Farley - the rising sun...if there is one track off the album which encapsulates that Digweed sound it has to be this one. The other tracks don't do anything for me im afraid ;(This album mixes well with communicate, the northern exposure lp's and global underground albums which over the years will surely rise in value as people realise this was a magical era for dance music
