I was a huge fan of this whole deep, funky, jacking west-coast house sound. I admit, I was swept up in the craze with labels such as aroma, amenti, tango, nightshift, etc. Fast forward to today and this is one of the few records from this era that has stayed around in my collection.Whats interesting is the real lack of interest this record has; even back when it was released. In a nutshell, changing (original version) is a perfect deep house track....that has vocals.I'm not a huge fan of vocals but when they are sequenced with the beat, vocals can be quite enjoyable! Changing has the right amount of vocals that aren't pretentious with a message. The chorus is looped in a way that really swings along with the track. I almost always would play this track out and always good a great response from this track. This is a great addition to any househeads collection and can be found relatively cheap. The littlemen produced many great tracks during this time but this one in particular stood out to me. Check it out. Hey, for a $1, what do you have to lose?!
