OK. Suspicions only partly confirmed. While there's an apparent absence of 'EMERALD WEB' shimmers, this is still a quiet, reflective, dare I say it - beautiful album. It has it's moments of tension, and a good number of tracks which, if are not exactly dark, certainly dwell in the penumbral reaches of Industrial. Don't expect to dance to this, and it will hardly scare the neighbours, but if you'd like something a little less harsh, for a change, this is recommended without reservations. A dozen different artists, many of them well-known names (including our very own ANTONYM, M.NOMIZED, MARIAS BAD, BASIE V. WEBSTER, MARTIN FRANKLIN, HYBRYDS, KONRAD KRAFT & many others) make this a worthwhile investment.Originally reviewed for Soft Watch.
