Interesting 1997 seems to have the best tracks ?my friend also had a warped copy so we remedied thatand I agree Mangled is fantastic wicked acid 303's = the best - still up there 20 years on but I do like to believe in Valhalla - It is steeped in powerful literature but without an actual current spiritual and musical voice from the bygone ages - it has been presented in yesteryear here by the oldskool masters DDR and Choci = it is hard trance powering but angry souls need to be heard not hearded ( a new word please).Hopefully some break free :) and release their pent up acid musical 303 aggression.Ha :)

Totally agree with the previous reviewer. Why isn't this release more popular? Each track is slightly different, yet at least two out of three tracks should appeal to virtually every lover of 1990s acid techno and acid trance. "Valhalla" would fit into a set by almost everyone from Mark EG to Chris Liberator hard, fast, banging acid. "Deep Sea Diver" is much more uplifting, and is probably better suited to sets like those once found at legendary London nights like "Pendragon" and "Escape From Samsara". It's probably my favourite of the three, partly because it reminds me of those great nights, but also because part of it reminds me of Infiniti's classic "Game One". "Mangled", however, is darker and more twisted, and probably has the most "pure" techno influence of the three - yet it's still classic acid bubbliness (is there such a word?? :) ) all the way. An absolute bargain at the current Discogs price, and much better than some of the more obvious classics which are becoming, in my opinion, grossly overpriced. Big up Choci and anyone who used to go in all those old record stores like Choci's, Kinetec and Ambient Soho :)

If you like intense high speed acid techno that just keeps coming at ya... Then you will love this expander. All 3 tracks are quality.
