When Sorrow works with Asa we can expect some heavy stuff with hard and tight bass lines (Legendary EP). Sorrow really stands out in the collaborations since he's more of a down-tempo producer. "Island Wave" is a blast to open the EP. When the horns kick in you can really feel a euphoric atmosphere. The song continuous to build up toward a feeling of victory. The second track on the EP is the long-looked-forward-to "Knights Of Ren". When they released the fist teaser on their Facebook page we got a down-tempo part of the song. Because of this I expected a down-tempo track and was really looking forward to it. When I heard the track for the first time I wasn't stoked about the heaviness of it. I also wasn't sure if it was the same track as the teaser. At a certain point I heard parts of the teaser kick in and got exited. It turned out to be a little build up to again, the heavy strings. It's a good song and fits the EP very well, but I think I got used to the teaser to much and expected something completely different and more, Sorrow-wise, down-tempo.The track following is "Barbaric". This might be the heaviest track on the EP. The song isn't really anything special until the end. More strings join in and if starts to feel like some plot twist just happend in a movie. It never really reaches a climax, and they did good by that. Excitement builds up as the song breaks down. The final track on the EP is "Up to Speed (ft. Trim)". As we're still excited from the previous song, yet looking for more, "Up to Speed" didn't fail to impress. The bass lines are stunning in this track, and Trim's rap fits the track, however, it was not necessary. Also, the song never reaches a climax, and in I track we do miss it. When the rap is over there's an instrumental moment and that's it.They opened their 2nd EP with a blast, but the first song might be the highlight of the EP. "Knights of Ren" was quite a disappointment to me, but I'm sure that's just me. I'm really looking forward to a (here I am again) down-tempo EP of the two. Asa'a great drum lines and Sorrow's bass'. I did enjoy the EP and I'm looking forward to their next collaboration.3,6/5
