This E.P begins with "Detroit rocks". Much like the rest of the E.P., this song is minimal in execution. A mix between Detroit house and hip-hop, a wonderful creative musical experiment."Freak them Hoes" is a fun song that always seems to put me in a good mood on account of it being so light hearted. It runs across the same lines as the first in terms of it being somewhat of a crossover. The third "Not Telling you" is far to minimal and in my opinion doesn't represent the album properly in the videos section. But it's still a wonderful compliment to the A side of this E.P.The two tracks on side B seem to be more house-oriented. Sadly, I can't say as many good things about the first track "Shuffle" as it is overly repetitive in a non-fashionable way (especially for it's length).Making up for this is the very last track "I Got to Get Away". This song made me fall in love with this album! An amazing track that pays for the record itself. It is a must even if it is just for this song alone. With a housey piano riff and a heavy bass drum, it was my favorite for a quite a while. Very Recommended.
