Dance World Nasza TV Hits Volume 5 is the fifth and final installment of the Dance World Hits series, which spawn 5 volumes in total between the years 1997-1998 in Poland. Out of the five volumes, this one defiantly stands out, but I can't say for sure if it's in a good or bad way. By 1998, most labels discontinued using the sound of Eurodance and started to use more house, techno, and trance sounds, hence why this CD is so different. Take note for example, artist on this CD such as Westbam, Da Hool, and Black Attack. I believe this CD was Star Maker Studios and Dance World attempting to create a new sound for their label and sadly didn't work out with the fans. Most songs on this CD are easy to find, so I'll skip reviewing those, but for Star Maker and Dance World fans, the real winners on this CD are the more notable artists.Yes, for Star Maker fans, I'd highly recommend tracks 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 15, as to me, they're the only real Star Maker songs on this album. Some artists do show a change on this CD, such as D'Adekoya and Dance Bond use a different sound compared to their past material, but I think the best songs on this CD are Star Machine's "I Run, My Love, I Run...", as her sound hasn't changed a bit, D'Adekoya's "The Real Life", and Kaska M.'s "Daj Mi Miłość".Overall, if you compare this release to the first four volumes, you're not gonna like it, but if you look at this CD on its own, it's a nice release from Star Maker Studios, and a good closing CD to a great series.
