It’s because they pressed more than the initial 1,000 thus leaving the extras blank. Just a thought, not true by any means.

Wait, what? So it’s a 33 rpm record even though it’s advertised as a 45rpm one?

That’s really strange. They probably meant 33 instead of 45 on the site. Thanks for the info though!

It only says "cut at high quality 45 RPM" in the language on the store; the album and cover themselves, that I can find anyway, make no mention of this at all. Most of the music doesn't sound bad at 45, but to get the track times to the same as the digital format tracks, it has to be 33. (Caritas for example runs 1:38 at 33, but 1:06 ish at 45, definitely too fast.)
