Its beautifully textured simple melodies and unity of concept transport you to another place. Its beaty is moving on a supernatural strength. There is something very other worldly about this album especially with its use of drones on the background. The playground recordings on The Inmost Light Itself because are mixed so high give a very eerie feel to the music, but also become an integral part of it. This album definitely makes most of the acoustic music made by singer songwriters nowadays look silly and insignificant. You don't need to believe in the message of David Tibet's or his Christian beliefs to be in awe of his sincere and very convicted vocal delivery. This album is timelessness itself.
